If you trade in EC2, EC3 or EC4 your week is Monday to Thursday, which means stock wants to land before Monday rather than during the week, and it means your slow lines are the ones that look fine on Friday and are stale on Tuesday. EC1 and E1 behave differently. Clerkenwell, Farringdon, Spitalfields and Whitechapel keep trading at the weekend, so the pattern is flatter and ordering mid-week works. Cups, lids, milks and syrups are the volume lines for office coffee, and the pastry, snack and soft drink ranges come on the same delivery. Free across all five postcodes, £150 minimum excluding VAT.

Yes. EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4 and E1 are all covered in full. Delivery is free on orders over £150 excluding VAT, Monday to Saturday, and next working day on most London postcodes when you order by 5pm.
Do you supply offices as well as cafés?
Yes. Offices and workplace kitchens order exactly as a café does: an account, a £150 minimum excluding VAT, and free delivery inside the area we cover.
What is the minimum order?
£150 excluding VAT. Above that, delivery is free everywhere we cover, with no zones and no surcharges.
How do I see your trade prices?
Create an account and sign in. Prices appear straight away — there is no application to wait for. Monthly invoicing is the only thing we review by hand.
How late can I order for the next working day?
5pm. We deliver Monday to Saturday on our own vehicles, next working day on most London postcodes.
