On the KT side we cover KT1, KT2 and KT3 only — Kingston, Norbiton and New Malden. The rest of KT we do not deliver to at all, and it is better you read that here than find out after you have built a basket. Do you deliver to Richmond, Twickenham and Kingston?
Every TW postcode is covered. In Kingston we cover KT1, KT2 and KT3 only. Delivery is free on orders over £150 excluding VAT, Monday to Saturday, and next working day on most London postcodes when you order by 5pm.
Do you deliver to the rest of KT, such as KT4 or KT6?
No. We cover KT1, KT2 and KT3 only. The rest of the KT area is outside our delivery area and we do not deliver there.
What is the minimum order?
£150 excluding VAT. Above that, delivery is free everywhere we cover, with no zones and no surcharges.
How do I see your trade prices?
Create an account and sign in. Prices appear straight away — there is no application to wait for. Monthly invoicing is the only thing we review by hand.
How do I check my own postcode?
Put it into the checker on our delivery page and it will tell you straight away. If we do not cover you, it will say so rather than take the order.
